This meeting will be about preparing for the exhibition. Eric Yates will talk about sizing photos for printing, and Mike Wharton will talk about printing in general.

Bump in is on April the 2nd, please bring photos in between 11 am and 1pm. There is a loading dock on the back of the exhibition room for easy access to bring photos in.

Our annual exhibition is to be held from April the 3rd, Good Friday, until Thursday, April the 16th. The venue is the exhibition room behind the Puffing Billy Visitor Centre cafe, and will be open daily from 10 am-4 pm. People manning the exhibition must have a current working with children check. The official opening and prize giving ceremony will be held on Sunday, April 12th, at 1pm and will run until 3pm. As there is no byo liquor license, we can buy drinks from the bar.

Pack up will be started at 12 on the 16th of April, and photos can be collected any time before 3 on that day.

Come along and have a fun night dressed in your best 1970's gear.  Who still has some flares in the wardrobe? Our Roaring 20"s dress up night last year was so good, we all had a ball. If you don't want to dress up, you can still come along and practice your portrait/directing model skills.
