Annual Club Photographic Exhibition April 3rd – April 16th
Our annual exhibition is to be held from April the 3rd, Good Friday, until Thursday, April the 16th.
The venue is the exhibition room behind the Puffing Billy Visitor Centre cafe, and will be open daily from 10 am-4 pm. People manning the exhibition must have a current working with children check. This is available free online but needs to be done very soon if you don’t have one.
We anticipate being able to have 4-5 framed photos per person, preferably no larger than A3 size. This will be confirmed soon.
Bump in is on April the 2nd, please bring photos in between 11 am and 1pm.
There is a loading dock on the back of the exhibition room for easy access to bring photos in.
The official opening and prize giving ceremony will be held on Sunday, April 12th, at 1pm and will run until 3pm. As there is no byo liquor license, we can buy drinks from the bar.
Pack up will be started at 12 on the 16th of April, and photos can be collected any time before 3 on that day.
We will, as per previous years, need as many people as possible on the roster to man the exhibition so all volunteers will be very welcome.
